Service Plumber

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plumbing Installation and Repair:
   • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters).
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
   • Understand and utilize technology.
   • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Customer Service:
   • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their plumbing needs and explain recommended solutions.
   • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
   • Address customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
3. Compliance and Safety:
   • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
   • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company processes.
   • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and advancements in plumbing techniques.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other team members, including apprentices, to complete projects efficiently.
   • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, sharing knowledge and skills.
   • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational improvements.
