Experiencing recurring drain issues? There is likely a larger problem affecting your sewer line. The most effective way to pinpoint the problem is to conduct a pipe inspection using high-definition sewer cameras. We will snake a flexible cable through the sewer line; attached to the cable is a small camera that will give us a good look at the inside of your sewer pipe.
Once the source of your sewer line problem is identified, we will review your options for sewer repair or replacement. Our experts will make sure you receive the most cost-effective service.
Clogged drains and toilets are among the most common plumbing problems. While minor clogs can be resolved with the plunger or by using a store-bought drain opener, larger blockages may require the help of a plumbing professional.
If you are having trouble removing a clog from your toilet, sink, shower, or floor drain, it’s time to contact our experts for help. We will remove the blockage by snaking or by drilling through it to allow for more efficient water flow. No matter which drain cleaning method we use, we will make sure the process is carried out safely and that your drain lines remain unharmed.

➖Pull and reset toilet ➖Run drain machine through toilet drain Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that the sink gargle and the toilet would not flush and that the washing machine drain had backed up into the toilet and the tub. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was a mainline blockage and that the toilet needed to be pulled so that I could run my drain machine down the toilet drain. I then proceeded to present the homeowner with upfront prices and options to get the issue fixed today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I began by shutting off the water to the home at the street and draining all of the water out of the toilet. Then remove the toilet off the floor and began to run my drain machine down the toilet drain until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared I reset the toilet And turned the water back on to the home to test everything thoroughly. Everything is draining p
Removed both female fittings on UV light and resealed then turned water back on and insured they where no longer leaking
We were called out today because the customer is opening a dentistry office, and several of the fixtures in the building do not have hot water. After looking over the building, I found that the left side of the building does have hot water, however the right side does not. When we tested the two sinks on the right of the building, only about an ounce of water came out of the hot side, and then stopped entirely. I disconnect the supply lines under the sink to make sure the shut off valve was functioning, and I was able to see inside the valve that the stopper was in fact moving freely. The issue seems to be that there is no water in the hot lines on that side of the building, possibly due to the hot lines being disconnected somewhere in the wall. We looked in the attic and in the drop down ceiling for water lines, but unfortunately all the water lines are in the walls and we have no way of looking at them. I offered a quote for cutting open the sheet rock and exposing the water lines, a
After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of how the water heater was leaking, and that his tenants and him noticed the sound of water running. The water is located in an outdoor utility closet. The age of the heater is approximately 15 years old, with no previous record of maintenance. Due to the nature of the issue, replacing the unit was the only solution. The water is a natural gas unit, and is located on an 18” stand. The homeowner had to turn the water off to the home since the isolation valve for the water heater was seized. I made the homeowner aware of different avenues of approach we could take for replacement. He was interested in potentially going electric, however due to wait time between scheduling an electrician, and getting hot water, he decided not to go the route. I provided estimates with upfront pricing, at this time we have not decided to move forward with work.
Upon arrival to the home I completed a septic inspection of the Leitchfield and the tank after Jeremy pumped the tank, I did find that the Leitchfield is not working and is in need of a rejuvenation and a Hydro jetting, after talking with the homeowner and explaining to him what was going on he informed me that he had just bought the house not even two years ago and was going to talk to his home warranty company to see if they would help fix this issue if not he would be letting us know and at that point he would want to proceed from there
We were called out today to give options for repairing leaking boiler piping. The building’s heat comes from a boiler system, and the piping is throughout the ceiling. There are several places in the building where water damage has began surfacing in the ceiling. I spoke with Daniel, who walked me through and showed me each area. The company supervisor also came out and looked over the boiler and it’s piping, and after gaining a full understanding of what will be needed, we are unfortunately unable to assist with this project.
Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with The garbage disposal leaking. The customer also wanted estimates to replace the kitchen sink as well as everything else under the sink. I then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue fixed today. The homeowner has decided not to do the work at this time. And will call back if they would like us to do the work.
Upon arrival to the home I completed an inspection of the sewer line, the cast-iron sewer line does have a few Baileys in it and a few channels which could cause blockages, I have created a list of upfront prices and options that will be emailed over to the customer for him to talk about with the old homeowner since he is buying this property to see which route they would like to choose once he knows he will let us know what route they have chosen and we’ll go from there as far as getting these things done
Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he made me aware of the location of the septic tank and also made me aware that he could smell a sewer smell in the area of the septic tank, after probing and locating the tank i then dug up the septic tank lids and evaluated the tank, I did make the homeowner aware that the tank really needed to be agitated to get 100% cleaned and I also made him aware that the drainfield was not working properly and that we could have the camera and sewer specialist come out tomorrow between 12 and five and the homeowner stated that he would like him to come out after three so him and his son could be there, and then gave multiple upfront options and pricing, after signature approval on pumping up to 1000 gallons i then began to pump the tank Clean and clear of any liquids or solids, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials. - pump up to 1000 gallons
Upon arrival customer explained that the pilot light on gas water heater went out after looking at heater I found that is slowly leaking gave customer options for replacement she stated she wants to talk with her fiancé and will call us in a hour if we haven’t heard back we will give follow up call at 5
