Upon arrival we spoke with the homeowner and made him aware that we were going to begin demoing the old septic tank and hauling it away so that we could begin installing the new septic tank, after demoing the old septic tank and hauling it away we began to install the new septic tank, after installing a new septic tank we moved it back 3 1/2 foot closer to the home because of the old tank being too close to the pump station tank, after installing the tank within hooked up the sewer line coming from the house and the drain line going to the pump station, after completion of hooking up everything we then made sure that everything was flowing properly, We then began to backfill the tank with dirt tampering to ensure no major settling, after completion of backfilling where they graded the dirt flush with the risers and began to put out seeded straw, after completion of the job we cleaned up all tools and materials. Install new 1000 gal Polly tank
Upon arrival to the home today, I completed my Inspection of the septic system with Adam. After using the camera to locate and check the pipe, as well as using a level to check the grade of the pipe and doing some probing; we found that the main septic tank was back grading heavily next to the pump tank. We also found that the pump tank and main septic tank are butted up with each other. At this time we provided upfront prices and options to the customer to remove the septic tank and move it approximately 5 to 10 feet back from the pump tank closer to the home to allow us to raise it up and put it on proper grade so that everything will function properly and as it should. After going over the options with the customer, they have agreed that this is what needs to be done and have paid a $2500 deposit. At this time we will be contacting 811 to locate the utilities and we will return as soon as possible to reinstall the new tank.
Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and she explained to me the issue she was having with the house backing up, After further evaluation of the issue I then gave multiple upfront options and pricing, the homeowner stated that she wanted to go with just pumping 1000 gallons, i then made her aware that there would Approximately be about 10 to 15% of solids left in the tank due to not agitating the tank, After signature approval I pumped the tank down about 85% clean and the rest I could not get, After completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials. - pump up to 1000 gallons - if not agitated it only cleans about 80% of tank
On today’s visit we have returned to camera the line between the liquid part of the septic tank to the lift station. I remove the lids at that portion of the tank ran my camera approximately five or 6 feet into the lift station to find the pipe to be clear and free of breaks so at this time there are no failures and the customer is fully functional. I’ll still inform the customer to mark his calendar and keep us updated with any issues he may have but as of now good to go Nick pleasants Efland,nc
Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he explained to me that they were just doing a routine maintenance, upon further evaluation I noticed that the outlet pipe was not draining properly into the pump station, i then made the homeowner aware that we could have our camera and sewer specialist come out between two and five today to take a look and give upfront options and pricing on fixing the issue, I then gave an upfront option and price On pumping the tank up to 1000 gallons and cleaning the filter at no charge, after signature approval I pumped the tank clean and clear of any liquids or solids also cleaning the filter, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials. - pump up to 1000 gallons - clean filter at no charge for first time customer
Install new effluent pump on septic system Install new float Upon arrival to the home today I installed the new pump inside of the septic tank to pump the water out of it, after installing the new half horsepower Zoeller pump and hooking all the electrical back up I tested the pump thoroughly turn sure that it was functioning properly and as it should and it is at this time the customer now can use the house to the full capabilities without having to worry about the tank filling up and not being able to pump down
We were called out because the customer had no hot water. She stated that she noticed the water was not as hot last night, and that this morning she could not get the temperature of the shower comfortable, and so she called us. We removed the access panel to look over the heater, and we found that the area around the T&P valve was leaking, and looked to have been doing so for some time. Also the pan was totally full of water, and was dripping water into the crawlspace. I informed the homeowner that her heater was effectively broken, and her only option at this time is to have it replaced. I gave her several options for replacement, ranging from replacing it with a customer supplied unit, to having one of ours installed along with a scale inhibitor. After looking over the options, the customer stated that she would like some more time to consider, so we will email her these options. Dispatch fee was collected via card.
Upon arrival to the home the customer stated that he was having some issues with his effluent pump located on the septic system, after taking a look at the pump and also contacting Jeremy who is out here pumping the tank two days ago it was determined that the float switch on the pump is bad and I need a replacement but the pump is also 23 years old so after talking with the homeowner and his wife they have chosen to go with just replacing the pump with a new one and at this time a new pump has been ordered and they would like us to come back and fix this on next Thursday morning
Replace Tank to Toilet Bolts on Toto Toilet Includes New Gaskets for Bolts and 2” Flush Valve Gasket Ensure Tank is Secured, and Dye Test Afterwards to Verify Water Tight Seal $49 Dispatch Fee After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of a toilet tank that was loose and leaks water. Her brother-in-law had just completed a rebuild on the toilet and replaced all components in side the tank such as the fill valve, flush valve, flapper, and bolts and gaskets between the tank and bowl. It is common for tanks to rock a bit after rebuilding them, especially if the toilets are older. Newer parts, especially flush valve gaskets are thicker than the original one, which cause the tank to not sit entirely flush to the bowl. The homeowner has just sold the home, and needed this completed before moving out. I gave estimates with upfront pricing. After gaining approval, we went with replacing the bolts, and gaskets between the tank and bowl. I noticed while removing the old hardware, t
Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he explained to me and showed me the issue he was having with the pump station alarm going off, I then made homeowner aware that the septic tank needed to be pumped and that I could pump it out and have someone come out and more thoroughly evaluate the pump station and the homeowner stated that was fine, I then gave up front options and pricing, after signature approval I then began to agitate the solids in the septic tank so that it could be properly cleaned and pumped, after agitating i then pumped the tank clean and clear of any liquids or solids, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials. - pump up to 1000 gallons - agitate so that tank can be properly cleaned and truck can pump all solids
