I called in because my pump pressure was low and going out once in a while. Chris took the time to think the problem through and consider a few alternatives. Then he narrowed things down from there. Great troubleshooting.

Install 20 Gallon Pressure Tank, Charge tank to 18psi Includes New 20-40 psi Pressure Switch, Pressure Gauge, Boiler Drain, and Tank Tee Reroute Water Lines Converting from 1” PVC Over to Existing 3/4”PEX Includes 1 Year Can’t Write a Check Warranty After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of a water logged pressure tank under the home. The pressure was reduced tremendously through the home, and could tell when the well pump would turn on and off for water delivery. The home has polybutylene throughout and the homeowner was worried about too much pressure which could cause a fitting to blow apart. I gave estimates with upfront pricing, and after gaining approval, we replaced the 20 gallon pressure tank. When installing the pressure tank, I made sure that the bladder inside was charged to 18psi, 2psi below cut on pressure. We adjusted the pressure switch to 20psi cut on and 40psi cut off. After installation, I ran water at an outside hose bib, after watching 5 cyc

Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner, he showed me the location of the septic tank and explain the issue he was having with the water coming out from the risers, After evaluation I noticed that the water was around normal operating level And the outlet filter was clogged up, The homeowner wanted to clean the filter himself, I made homeowner aware that he may want to clean the filter every six months to a year, after completion I cleaned up all tools and materials.

Pull pump from ground to further diagnose Price doesn’t include replacing pump will provide upfront price for replacement if determined Originally customer agreed to have us pull pump so while I was waiting on help to arrive I was disconnecting well head and noticed in front of well the ground was damp in a 10ft line so I removed 90 on black poly pipe and found there was no water standing in pipe so I tried putting pressure on line and it would build no pressure at that time. I made customer aware of my findings and adjusted price for diagnostic. The pressure tank is in the basement of home. Original one is running on the slab of garage. After talking with customer found a new way to run a new line in and put together pricing for replacement and repair At this time customer hasn’t decided what he wants to do will possibly be calling leak locators

On today’s visit I did a 65.0 home inspection and the majority of the home looked immaculate besides original lavatory faucets and the upstairs toilet. All of these fixtures are original to the home and are the only items that have not been updated. The faucets look fantastic for their age but the upstairs toilet will need to be replaced in the very near future so I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing

After arriving to the property the homeowner made me aware that he would like to have his drainfield replaced and relocated, after discussion with the homeowner he was unaware that he will need to pull a permit through Orange County environmental health department in order to install a new drain field and is going to look into that before moving forward with any work

I have come out to the customers home today to look at a tankless that is throwing a error code 29 after looking over this unit it was evident that we were not going to be able to determine what needs to be done without further diagnosis so I have informed the customer of this and he has approved for me to move forward with the process so after further diagnosis I found that the unit has a bad printed computer board this is sending false error codes do shutting down the heater I have gotten on the phone with our supplier and they are looking into how long it will take to get our hands on one we do not know this information at this time so with the fact that it might be weeks or months before we can get the customer hot water I have provided the customer with multiple replacement options and talked to the customer about everything and he has decided to go ahead and get the motherboard replaced so I have informed him that once we know when we can get this part we will give him a call and
