Upon arrival spoke with customer about replacement of his water heater in master bedroom closet and his 20 gallon pressure tank under home he made me aware that Neither of them have given any issues but he would like to replace them before they go out he also made me aware that he has purchased a new 40 gallon heater and pan from Home Depot and 20 gallon pressure tank from Ferguson after looking at heater found that the new one that customer purchased will fit in space but the pan will not and if we go to a 22 inch pan it would be hard to get hose on it to flush in the future so gave customer options on installing a 18 inch wide 61 tall heater in 22 inch pan so it be slid to back of pan with enough room to put the hose on boiler drain to flush also gave customer option to return heater and pan he purchased and pick 18 inch tall heater and 22 inch pan and we install customer will need to return what he has first then make a decision on what he would like to do from there

Includes: -performing plumbing on home to verify integrity of homes plumbing system After arriving to the home and beginning a complete evaluation of the entire plumbing system my findings were the vast majority of the homes plumbing system is operational and in good repair with exception to the kitchen sink drainage which has an improper garbage disposal installed for the septic system as well as does not have a P-trap for this drain fixture, upfront pricing will be provided to the homeowner for repairing this item, all of the liquid propane gas lines and connections are in good repair and free of failure, after looking over the septic system I recommend pumping the tank every 3-5 years, not knowing the last time the tank was pumped pumping the tank may be a good idea moving forward
