Upon arrival customer made me aware that they were experiencing a mainline blockage in the home approximately last Friday and have not used the downstairs bathroom since. In my investigation I ran the shower and lavatory sink approximately 30 minutes and flush toilet no less than a couple of dozen times and as that was going on I was able to locate multiple cleanouts in the crawlspace and in the front yard, the one beside the home is a two way clean out. So at this time I am seeing all water flowing through multiple clean outs and are finding no issues so I’m going to give the customer an upfront price option to camera the sewer line to ensure that there are no issues with it. In this option I’m going to provide the customer with a $100 coupon to reduce the cost of running the camera in the two way clean out and I’m doing this because there are multiple areas and ease of access Nick pleasants Cary,nc
On this visit the customer made me aware that she was only getting Luke warm water in the shower that we just installed and I found the issue to be that the scald guard had not been adjusted to allow maximum hot water. I was able to simply adjust the Scald guard on the Delta monitor shower cartridge and have restored full amount of hot water and newly renovated shower Nick pleasants Cary,nc
Includes: Kitchen Sink Faucet, 1/2 HP Garbage Disposal, Minor Toilet Rebuild No Warranty included After arriving to the home, the homeowner showed me their kitchen sink. Their kitchen sink faucet was loosely mounted, the garbage disposal was leaking and jammed. There is evidence of water damage under the kitchen sink. The undercounted sink also has a gap between the countertops and sink itself. The homeowner also showed me an upstairs full bathroom, off the hallway, that was slow filling. After giving options, we decided to replace the kitchen sink faucet, garbage disposal, and to do a minor rebuild on the upstairs toilet. After installation of kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, I checked for leaks at the connections at the straight stops. I checked the garbage disposal by filling the sink basin with water a 1/4 way full, then turned the garbage disposal on and checked under the sink for leaks; I did this 3 times. The upstairs toilet filled and flushed correctly after 3 cycles of f

Cut hole in wall to locate leak and repair. Sheetrock repair is not included. Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that she could hear a leak in the garage inside the wall. After further inspection I found the wall to be hot to the touch and located the leak. I gave her upfront pricing to fix the leak, in which she agreed and I proceeded. I carefully cut the wall and found the pipe and found a leak on the polybutylene. I cut it and replace the section that was leaking and turn the water back on to test it thoroughly. Everything is functioning properly and as it should.
Replace toilet in downstairs guest bath with a new value toilet. Upon arrival to the home I went directly to the bathroom that I would be replacing the toilet in. I carefully remove the old toilet and made sure the flange was OK. I ran my medium auger into the drain to clear the blockage before I set the new toilet in. On further inspection I found the flange to be slightly loose so I tightened it down, and also I had to cut a half inch of the board on the floor to make the toilet fit. After setting the new toilet and testing it thoroughly, everything is functioning properly and as it should.
Upon arrival to the home, the homeowner showed me the location of her heater in the garage. I carefully turned it off and began draining the heater. Once it was drained, I filled it back up and tested to make sure everything was functioning properly.
On arrival customer made me aware that there was a leaking pipe in the ceiling of the basement I found that to be true there was a pinhole leak in her copper. This was not related to the work that was performed in the upstairs shower area. So I gave the customer upfront pricing and she agreed to go ahead and have me repair a 6 inch section of half inch copper with PEX. After the repair I’ll let the system pressurized and now everything is functioning properly. Whole home re-pipe is recommended but at this time due to the remodel customer would like to hold off on that Nick pleasants Cary,nc

I did my 65 point inspection of the home and found there to be very minimum failures.
